Every Winsome order is wrapped in tissue, sealed in a cotton dust bag and placed in our signature box, ready to give.
Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are dispatched the next business day.
United States
Standard shipping is complimentary on every U.S. order. Orders ship via FedEx from Dallas, Texas, and most arrive within 2 to 5 business days of dispatch, depending on location.
Express shipping via FedEx 2Day is available at checkout for $15, and arrives within 2 business days of dispatch.
International
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia via FedEx International Priority.

The rate for your order, shown in your local currency, is confirmed at checkout.
Duties and taxes. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, and we recommend anticipating them when ordering. Customs processing may occasionally add time to delivery.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, write to concierge@winsomeconcepts.com before your order ships. FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a street address.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, write to concierge@winsomeconcepts.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier on your behalf. Once a package is delivered to the address provided, we are unable to accept responsibility for loss or theft.
