Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Winsome Concepts collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.

"We," "us," and "Winsome Concepts" mean Winsome Concepts, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy covers winsomeconcepts.com and any orders, emails, or social media interactions connected to it.

If you don't agree with how we handle information, please don't use the site or place an order.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Billing address and shipping address
  • Order history and anything you tell us about a purchase
  • Account login details, if you create an account
  • Messages you send us through email, contact forms, or social media

We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Card details go directly to our payment processor (see Section 3).

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, we and our providers automatically collect:

  • IP address, device type, browser, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time spent, referring site, and search terms
  • Approximate location, inferred from your IP address
  • Cookie and pixel identifiers that let us recognize your browser across visits

Information from other sources

  • Order, fraud-screening, and delivery data from Shopify, our payment processor, and shipping carriers
  • Aggregate audience and campaign data from our analytics and advertising providers
  • Your public profile and any posts, tags, or messages if you interact with us on social media

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health information, precise geolocation, or biometric data.

2. How we use your information

  • To process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders, including returns and exchanges
  • To send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and other transactional messages
  • To answer your questions and handle complaints
  • To send marketing emails, if you've signed up — you can unsubscribe at any time
  • To show you ads for our products on other platforms, and to measure whether those ads work
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your information for money. We do share it with the companies that make the store run, and with advertising platforms in ways that some laws treat as "selling" or "sharing" (see Section 6).

Who What they do
Shopify Hosts the store, processes orders, provides analytics
Shopify Payments / Shop Pay Processes payments and screens for fraud
Klaviyo (or our email provider) Sends marketing and transactional email
Google Analytics Measures site traffic and usage
Meta, TikTok, Pinterest Ad targeting, retargeting, and conversion measurement
Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners Deliver your order
Professional advisors Accounting, legal, and similar services

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, in response to a valid legal request, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and pixels to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and deliver advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking them may break parts of the site. You can also opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage ad personalization in your Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest account settings.

Global Privacy Control. We treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.

Do Not Track. There is no common standard for DNT browser signals, so we don't respond to them.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements — generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics and advertising data follow the retention periods of the providers listed above. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Everyone. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for a copy, unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and opt out of targeted advertising. Email concierge@winsomeconcepts.com and we'll respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. We may need to verify your identity first, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

US state residents. If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the rights above, plus the right to appeal if we deny a request. To appeal, reply to our decision and we'll respond in writing.

Because we use advertising pixels, our use of identifiers and browsing activity for targeted advertising may count as "selling" or "sharing" under California law and as targeted advertising elsewhere. You can opt out at any time through Your Privacy Choices at the foot of this page, by emailing us, or by sending a GPC signal.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland. You additionally have the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to complain to your national data protection authority. Our legal bases are:

  • Contract — fulfilling your order and providing customer service
  • Consent — marketing email and non-essential cookies
  • Legitimate interests — site security, fraud prevention, analytics, and improving our products
  • Legal obligation — tax and accounting records

Canada. You can request access to your information and details about how it's been used and disclosed, and you can challenge its accuracy. We only send commercial email to Canadian addresses with consent, as CASL requires.

7. International transfers

We're based in the United States and your information is stored and processed there. If you're ordering from outside the US, your information will be transferred to a country whose privacy laws may differ from your own. For transfers out of the EEA and UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and our payment processing runs on PCI-compliant infrastructure. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email concierge@winsomeconcepts.com and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted, and we'll change the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we'll flag them on the site or by email.
